Amenities

Outdoor pool, clubhouse and State-of-the-Art Fitness Center opened 24/7.

Until 9PM daily; Pool does not close until LATE September every year.

We have ATTACHED individual garages available.  We have guest parking; daily overnight parking permits are required for guests.

Washers and dryers are located in each apartment Front load machines ($50/month) Top load machines ($30/Month).

We have dog approved apartments; cats are available in any apartment. Breed restrictions & occupancy limits apply.

One-time fee of $600 for dogs & $300 for cats for DURATION of your stay in our community.

Rottweilers, German Shepherds, American Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, and Pit Bulls (or any combination of these breeds) are not allowed.

We have dog walking stations & our neighbor is the Duck Lake County Forest Preserve Dog Park www.lcfpd.org/places-to-go/dog-parks/duck-farm.

Whirlpool Dishwasher, Microwave/Range hood, range, & refrigerator.

Brook Furniture rental offers competitive rates to our residents.

Call our onsite staff. Our 3rd party call center will not be able to answer furnished apartment questions.

Yes, subject to availability at an extra cost.

Yes, if delivery conforms to our policies.  Never prescription drugs or alcohol.

Community tours are free.

We accept walk-ins if we are not busy with an appointment; it's best to schedule an appointment. 

We are open 7 days a week; 10 am-6 pm M-F, Saturday 10 am-5 pm & 11 am-5 pm Sundays; closed on holidays.

On-line thru our website or a manual application can be emailed or picked up at our community clubhouse.  

In most cases, applications can be approved in 24 hours.

Application fee ($65 per adult), lease administration fee ($275) & security deposit ($500) subject to credit history.

First, pick a location suitable for your lifestyle and proximity to your work; then, pick the best apartment available that is no more than 3 times your monthly gross income.

Resident pays gas (heating and cooking), electric, water, sewer, and trash removal.

We have ATT fiber.  ATT’s sub-station is adjacent to our community for this reason we have very reliable and fast service.

Yes, we pay a $300 referral if they mention you as the reason they took their first tour of our community!  

Guests are allowed subject to our guest policy. 

You can get different pricing options depending on your lease term.  We do not offer price reductions for rent paid in advance.

We do not allow subletting. We will relet your apartment to another qualified applicant you recommend or a new resident after you vacate the apartment.

If you should need to leave our community before the end of your lease, we will use our best efforts to relet your apartment to a suitable replacement. The fee is $500.

The Metra Train leaves from downtown Lake Villa. One mile from the property, Google Maps lists it as a 4-minute car ride. The PACE suburban bus system. https://www.pacebus.com/trip-planner.

Duck Lake Farm county dog park, Gurnee Mills shopping and entertainment, Six Flags Great America, The Chain-o-Lakes recreation area.  

K-8 Lake Villa School district #41, Lakes High school district # 117 & College of Lake County.  

Duck Lake Farm County dog park is less than 1/2 mile.

From Interstate I94 take Grand Ave exit west until you reach Deep Lake Road.  South on Deep Lake Road to Sanctuary Drive.  The community office is located at 851 Sanctuary Drive, Lake Villa, IL.
